One more Disney layout...
... with *gasp* stickers. Our kids loved visiting Underwater Adventure Aquarium on our March Break! They jokingly called out all the "Nemo" names as we passed these fish.
Sorry about the flash. I just finished this and need to post before midnight to be entered at Disney Scrapping.

Disney Challenge
I found a Disney challenge last week that I couldn't pass up. The challenge was to create a project with some type of Disney aspect. To read about it, click here. I have been busy putting all of my Disney World layouts into albums. When I put together my 2006 album, I realized that I was missing an intro page to Magic Kingdom. So I sat down with my Gypsy and designed this...
I really intended an making an intro page but I just got too carried away with welding Mickey heads onto everything. My kids truly love searching high and low for hidden Mickeys and would often spot ones that I hadn't even noticed.

Christmas in July
I just had to try this challenge at Fantabulous Cricut. I believe I am cutting it close with only a few minutes to spare.
Christmas Cheer is the first cartridge I ever owned. I actually bought it to use in my friend's Cricut three years ago. Now with my own Cricut and Gypsy I can make Christmas shape cards! Okay I admit, I'm a tiny bit addicted to shape cards these days. I think it's because I can finally weld things.. and I just love them.

Lake layout
This is a layout that I loosely based (very loosely) on a scrapbook page kit by Monique Griffith.
I am proud of my little tube that I created with the Gypsy and the George cartridge. It really looks like the actual tube! I used embroidery floss for the tow rope. The paper is Core'dinations, put through the Cuttlebug and sanded. It is ripped and pieced together so I could have 12 inches of "lake".
I took these pictures outside so please ignore the leaf that blew into the shot...
Monique has been recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I made this card (of course, a shape card) to mail to her. If you are interested in mailing a card of support, you can get more info here.

Fantabulous Cricut challenge #18
This week at Fantabulous Cricut, the challenge is to make a "cool treat". This is my card!
I used the life is a Beach cartridge and my Gypsy to weld the 2 pineapples together and also to hide the cuts in the bottom layer. I cut the pineapple again a tiny bit smaller to make the green layer and then inked the cut lines.
I have never had a drink in a pineapple before but would love to so I think it would be a super-cool treat!!!

Fantabulous Cricut challenge #17
This weeks challenge at Fantabulous Cricut is to make a project that features a bug and the color orange.
This is my entry. I have been on a Halloween kick this week. All the cuts are from Paper Doll Dress Up except the flag which is from Create A Critter. The background paper is Core'dinations. I distressed the edges with sand paper to reveal the color core, hoping it would look spooky.
