Day Three 0f Christmas Projects - Camper van card

When your friend has a new camping van, you make her card like this! To make this card, I used a colouring image and created a SVG. Therefore, I don't have a file to share. I, then, mixed in some Cricut cuts from Design Space to make it a Christmas-y van.

Bernie Sander’s Mittens

The hubs and I have been laughing all week at the many Bernie Sanders memes. Therefore, I knew I needed to make him a "Bernie-type" of Valentine this year!

This free mitten SVG is actually an earring design posted by Amy Romeu. I cut her fabulous design in cardstock rather than leather and added my own sentiment.

Twelve Days of Christmas Projects - Day 9 - Olaf

I was so happy to find this Olaf free SVG in October. This card was way more exciting before Cricut released a Frozen cartridge two weeks ago.

Twelve Days of Christmas Projects - Day 6 - Doctor. Who

This summer my twelve year old daughter started watched Dr. Who on Netflix. She loves it! I made this card for her fellow whovians.

I found this free tardis cut file HERE.

Cricut Halloween costumes

I really do use my Cricut machines for everything including Halloween costumes!

This year my daughter is dressing up as a tardis (time travelling phone booth) from the show Doctor Who. I still need to laminate the poster board (in case of rain) and attach shoulder straps.

Last year my son went as a nuclear reactor worker. We bought an inexpensive painting suit and I used vinyl for the lettering and symbols.

I love that I designed these costumes with my kids! An added bonus is that you can create costumes large enough for a winter coat to go underneath. (Often necessary here.)
