Despicable Me

We love this movie! I do have a confession though, as I sat in theatre, my mind was drifting to my Gypsy and how I could easily recreate a minion...

I used many cartridges but had so much fun with him.

George - circles and rectangles
Mickey and Friends - hands, feet and tongue
Everyday Paper Dolls - overalls
Christmas Cheer - tag shapes welded to create the body (with the hole hid with the Gypsy)
Smiley Cards - smile (with the pumpkin hid with the Gypsy)
Opposites Attract - googles The googles are cut with metallic paper but it doesn't show at all in the picture.

Hmmm... Now I need to take a picture of my son in his Despicable Me shirt so I can scrap this guy.

  2. OMGoodness how stinkin' cute is that?!?!? One of the other 5th grade teacher at my boys school refers to her kids as minions and they have watched this movie a few times in the classroom. This would be so cute to cut out for her to use in their room on her bulletin board! You did a GREAT job!! Would you be willing to share the cut file? WOW!
