Christmas gifts from 2019

I didn’t want to spoil any Christmas gift surprises so I waited to post these pictures. I did a few vinyl projects ordered by friends this holiday season.

I had an “oops” on the yellow mug that I fixed before I delivered the coffee mugs but didn’t get an updated picture. I just love how these coffee mugs turned out and I have all the Design Space files saved if you would like them.

Happy New Year! Heading to 2020...

I blinked and it's already been a year! The year 2019 has been great for scrapbooking. I was able to create many layouts catching up on 2018. Going to an all day crop fuels my creativity in scrapbooking. If I prepare and pack well, I can make quick work with my photo memories. I whole-heartily recommend a day cropping with friends. It's good for your soul and your crafts.

I also taught some classes this year. I taught a Cricut Explore card class with Close to my Heart products in June and a children's card-making class.

This fall, I made over 120 holiday cards and a few gifts as well.

Now for my crafty goals for 2020, I would like to design a December Daily type of scrapbooking for my Christmas pictures but I would like it incorporated in a 12X12 album. Has anyone done this before?
I would also like to continue to have fun scrapbooking alone and with friends.

City skyline cards

I love this cut file because it shows all the details of the Winnipeg skyline but that's what makes it difficult to cut. The skyline is actually cut out of vinyl which is much less likely to tear. The hubs wanted this winter design for his school staff.

I hope they like it!

Day Ten of Christmas Projects - A Winnipeg Card

I love making exactly the type of card I want by using the Design Space app to design my cuts.

If you are not from Winnipeg, this is the Golden Boy who stands at the top of our Manitoba Legislature. He turned 100 last week! I figure our city often looks like a snow globe so this is fitting! I used my laminator again to make the shaker card window with some snowflake confetti.
