My son loves Lego so we knew we had to visit the Lego Store while on a family vacation last year. Of course, I had to scrap the pictures!
The font for this layout is Opposites Attract but I fattened up the letters a bit with the Gypsy. The journal tag-Lego block is welded rectangles from the George cartridge. The letters and mats have all been Cuttlebugged with the Polka Dots folder to look like Lego.
The Star Wars paper is by Creative Imaginations. My son chose the paper from Archivers to match the Star Wars Lego statues/creations.

Pink, Brown and Green colour challenge
This card is for a challenge at More than Favors You could create any project but you must use green, pink and brown. They are offering the new Disney Classics cartridge as a prize!
I am also entering this card at My Pink Stamper for her birthday challenge.
For this card I used one of the cute frogs from Paisley. I actually put together my Cuttlebug for the first time and ran the frog through using the Polka Dots folder. The pink paper was put through using the Happy Birthday folder (borrowed from a friend). Her heart is stickled in pink and her eyeballs are coated with Glossy Accents. The ribbon is from the Dollar Store and the sentiment is computer generated.

Minion Gypsy file
Well, I have studied and I t-h-i-n-k I have figured out how to share Gypsy files. Thank you to Sheila at She's a sassy lady for her video tutorial on Gypsy file sharing.
My minion Gypsy file
My poor Gypsy was in need of a few updates anyways so this was all good.
Please, please let me know if this works. This is completely new to me so give me any feedback you have.

Space Aliens
I love using the Gypsy to manipulate images and fonts to go with a layout!
I couldn't find an alien face similar to this one on any of my cartridges. This is a heart and a circle welded from Indie Art. A touch of yellow chalk and ta-da... a layout for my kids because they l-o-v-e Space Aliens.
The glitter paper is by Core'dinations.

Despicable Me
We love this movie! I do have a confession though, as I sat in theatre, my mind was drifting to my Gypsy and how I could easily recreate a minion...
I used many cartridges but had so much fun with him.
George - circles and rectangles
Mickey and Friends - hands, feet and tongue
Everyday Paper Dolls - overalls
Christmas Cheer - tag shapes welded to create the body (with the hole hid with the Gypsy)
Smiley Cards - smile (with the pumpkin hid with the Gypsy)
Opposites Attract - googles The googles are cut with metallic paper but it doesn't show at all in the picture.
Hmmm... Now I need to take a picture of my son in his Despicable Me shirt so I can scrap this guy.

Two layouts today
We spent a wonderful afternoon getting lost at a local corn maze on Thanksgiving day this year.
I know this layout is very simple but I just wanted to show how using metallic paper can add so much. I bought a pack of metallic cardstock from the Dollar Store.
My son will be thrilled, he can't wait to have this trophy layout completed.

Snowy "delights"
Well, I know I haven't been posting around here lately. We just had such a busy and wonderful Christmas holiday that I didn't scrap a thing. (Honestly, nothing) I spent a lot of time with my friends and family doing holiday activities such as going to the Nutcracker ballet, tobogganing, sleepovers etc.
Anyhoo, today is a friend's birthday. She just returned from Hawaii and is feeling the cold and wind and snow...
I am entering this card at Fantabulous Cricut. Their challenge this week is a snow challenge called snowy delights.
